Intern - ICT Support Engineer As an intern with Cygnific, ICT Support Engineer you will be the go to person with the rest of the ICT Supportdesk to support the team and our business users spread all over the world. You will be responsible to help out internal end users to get the best of out of our hard- and software. Your work will entail the following tasks: • Imaging, handing out and administer all hardware and peripherals we support as ICT. • Install and configure all required software • Create login ID’s on several platforms and grant the right level of access • Solve all kind of problems reported on issues and create and document sustainable solutions. • Work together with the international team to optimize work instructions and processes.
