Characterization and analysis techniques such as chromatography (GC, HPLC, IC, GPC), GC-MS, TGA, UV-Vis, IR, gas sorption and XRD are very important for the research. A wonderful opportunity to experience this in practice at a university. Being part of the chemical side of the research yourself, this can be from preparation of new materials to the analyses and characterisation thereof, in short, from start to finish.
